All acceptance letters will be in the mail by this day. Please allow up to two weeks for US mail delivery. Digital acceptance letters will also be sent within this two-week period.

Participant Workshop for Accepted Artists. This webinar will be hosted via Zoom. Webinar will address issues such as shipping and preparing work for display. Artists can register by emailing InfoNAAMCC@ohiohistory.org. The online seminar will also be recorded, and the link will be emailed to all artists included in the show.

Art Drop-off Date. Artists to deliver accepted artwork between 11 am and 2 pm to the National Afro-American Museum and Cultural Center (NAAMCC), 1350 Brush Row Rd. Wilberforce, OH 45384.
October 24, 2026
Public Opening and Artists' Awards Ceremony at NAAMCC. Doors open at 9 am. Artist talk begins at 10 am. Lunch served at 12pm. Discussion of America 250: Then and Now will follow lunch at 1pm. Awards Ceremony held at 2 pm.

Show closes during museum's regular business hours 9 am - 4 pm.
